The main advantage of Vanuatu is liberal tax policy. Payments benefits are set for 20 years from the date of registration. In particular, non-residents are exempt from the following taxes:

  • income tax;
  • corporate tax;
  • tax on the export of capital;
  • inheritance tax;
  • tax on stock income;
  • revolving tax

The only annual payment is the fee. Its size is $450. In case of default legal entity will be fined and may be punished by exclusion from the register.
