This offer is a rare opportunity to acquire an international banking institution operating in the United States and Puerto Rico. The bank collaborates with FedWire. The uniqueness of this transaction lies in the fact that this banking institution has a license permit from an international banking institution (IBE). According to the provisions of the legislation passed in 2015, IBEs are also listed as IFE.

The basic difference between such licenses is that IBEs are entitled to open branches in the United States, while IFEs do not. This point is especially important for international investors. This IBE has about 3.5 thousand accounts and more than $ 50 million in deposits. The company provides correspondent services for some KPUs.

The tax rate for IBE is also 4%. Under the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico, 29 IBEs were licensed. Banco Popular, Scotiabank, UBS and others have licenses.
