Traditional Investment Firm – means that financial services and infrastructure is for the non-leveraged instruments, for securities (BONDS, SHARES, ETF), nevertheless financial instruments service is not limited with license.

Allowed to provide services to all EU clients.

Provision of Services to Countries Outside EU: British Virgin Islands, China, Russian Federation, Switzerland, UAE, Lebanon.

Company is fully in compliance; all reports are submitted to CySEC in time.

Investment Services:

• Reception and Transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments
• Execution of orders on behalf of clients
• Portfolio Management
• Provision of Investment Advice

Ancillary Services:

• Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments, including custodianship and related services
• Granting credits or loans to one or more financial instruments, where the firm granting the credit or loan is involved in the transaction
• Foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of investment services

Activity and clients:

Please note, that License was activated in September 2017. Whole 2018 was in infrastructure (bank accounts opening and license extension from Portfolio, Investment Advice to Brokerage license).

Started to generate income in the middle of 2019.

Main pool of clients are legal entities: UK, RUS, SWITZERLAND
