STARTUP VISA IN THE NETHERLANDS: WHAT IS IT

A Dutch startup visa is otherwise called a “residence permit for start-up entrepreneurs.” It is approved by the Dutch government in 2015.

1)It is necessary to sign a cooperation contract with the facilitator for a period of one year and open access to assessments and examinations.

What it looks like: first you need to provide the project with a mentor (it is recommended to look for a profile specialist who understands all the intricacies).

In addition, a list of co-founders should be submitted (if any). In fact, there are several options for cooperation with different companies.

2)It is mandatory to submit a well-developed and schematically prescribed business plan. Many immediately present a bunch of papers and huge presentations, where everything is described in bulky sentences and abstruse terms.

The term for consideration of the application does not exceed 90 days. It may vary slightly depending on the month of filing. The most ideal months are all but September and January (the answer comes within one to two months).

The response from the authorized body does not come to the visa applicant, but to his facilitator. It looks like a request for a state fee of 326 euros.

If such a notification arrives, then this indicates a great success. Everything turned out, and soon you can go to the Netherlands and open a company.

As soon as the visa is in the hands of the applicant, he can further promote his project, involve investors, and do everything that will contribute to the development of the business. This does not affect migration status.
