Crypto services can be provided as a supporting activity to the payment services. Conditions apply.

- has a permission to keep clients funds
No debts, no arrears, 100% good standing.
Current director & office can stay.
Limits of the Small type of license:
- Company shall have 10-30% local clients from Poland (we can help with fulfillment by using partner supporting local companies on a request).
- Monthly turnover limit in fiat money 1.5m euros (if large turnover expected, we can create the same company for 25k in 3 months to divide a cashflow).
- Client’s account balance cannot exceed 2.5k euros (transit or exchange operations of bigger amounts without holding money are fine).
Requirements:
- Local director. We provide unique real executive director with experience and reputation, salary 3k euros/month. To avoid any risk for license and bank account, the buyer will be a shareholder (with full access to bank accounts) and local director will stay as responsible person to banks and regulator.
- AML officer. If needed, provided executive director can take this function too for additional 1k euros/month.
- Local office. We provide our premises for 1.5k euros/year.
- Monthly accounting – we provide. The price is calculated by the number of transactions, on average, with active activity 350 euros / month.
Timing:
Company transfer registration – about 10 days; registration of changes with regulator – about a month.

The company is pre-approved for large turnover in Paribas Bank – one of the biggest banks in Poland. Once we transfer ownership, we will complete account opening with local director in 3 weeks. Additional bank accounts, connection of crypto and cards processing, software development – on a request.
