Currently, the company has active banks accounts with three main banks in UAE, and one main bank in Egypt.
The company license covers the UAE mainland and free zones, the company may open branches in any countries if it will comply with those countries’ regulatory requirements, in MENA region countries minimum requirements are needed to open a branch for a SCA’s regulated company.
In other regulatory regimes the company can provide fund management services if it has a resident administrator or director.
In all cases the company can provide services to non-residence individuals and institutions through reverse solicit, with adding special disclaimer to the client agreement.
Regarding SCA side, only notification and signed acknowledgment required to allow the company to provide services or to open a branch outside UAE.
