AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES
- to manage assets on behalf of customers (license condition is do not hold client assets, these are held by prime broker/custodian)
- to trade or advise to trade in securities
- to make investments or act as investment advisers
Ongoing yearly costs include HK SFC licensing fees (currently zero), bookkeeping, rent, phone, and salary for one employee
The Responsible Officers can stay in place for an agreed fee and for an agreed time period
