The deal includes the trading platform, requisite staff and current clients. Current client trade about 2 yards per month and there is about 900,000 GBP of Client Money

Annual renewal fees of the license is about £32,000 per annum including annual levy.

If there is no retail business, fee would be lower.

Banking with Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland

Current staff and office can stay.

This firm must protect the money it holds and/or controls on behalf of customers. It cannot lend this money or use it to finance its own business.
