- The license for sale comes in two types: Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management);
- Year of registration of the legal entity: 2020;
- Bank accounts: Active bank account in place.
- Capital requirements – 1,000,000 HKD.
- Net Asset Value – 200,000 HKD.
- Type of the clients allowed: only professional investors. At the moment the company for sale has no active clients.
