- The business for sale is Swiss Public Limited Company (AG), registered in 2019 and licensed in 2020.
- The legal entity is supervised by the Swiss Financial Services Standards Association.
- Business activity: initially there was a crypto exchange business and afterwards it moved to payments.
- Software included in the price.
SRO permissions:
- conducting financial transactions, particularly electronic transfers on behalf of others, issue and management of payment instruments such as credit cards and traveler’s cheques;
- conducting out credit transactions (particularly in regard to consumer loans or mortgages, factoring, business financing, or financial leasing);
- dealing in banknotes, coins, commodities, or securities for its own or others’ accounts;

- keeping securities on deposit.
The crypto activities:
- offering services for exchanging virtual (crypto) currency for fiat or another cryptocurrency, and vice versa;
- making crypto-collateralized loans available;
- offering virtual wallet services (the license covers services while wallet keys are created and retained while the money are in the user’s possession);
- the legal authority to sell, trade, and hold digital assets;
- Initial Coin Offering (ICO) (payment and utility tokens).
