In Danish jurisdiction, the gambling industry is nationalized and is subject to control by a special body, namely the Gambling Authority, which is a separate division of the Ministry of Justice. - The license is issued for 5 years.

Registered capital: from the point of view of the law, there are no requirements for the share capital. Nevertheless, in practice, before issuing a license, the regulator looks at the activities, budget, planned turnover, etc., and sets the authorized capital individually for each company.
