- acting as an intermediary in the execution of securities transactions for clients;
- advising on securities transactions, CFDs on Forex and cryptocurrencies to its clients;
- buying and selling of stocks/bonds and managing portfolios of clients.
The license comes with no platform and CRM.
External auditors Mazars & NLSolutions (based in Mauritius) come with fees of $3000 a year for the preparation of accounts and filing of the tax return.
Bank accounts are established (Dixipay & Equalspay) with a capital of €15,000, PSP’s Letknow (Crypto payments), Unlimint, Neteller, Skrill, Epay Global, EchelonPay.
The company status is clean.
