Fintech Company for sale
- The Fintech company has two entities:
- one in South Africa with an account with Standard Bank and
- one in UAE with an account with Emirates Islamic Bank. The UAE entity also has the capacity of card processing with the largest payment gateway in UAE – Network.ae.
- The Fintech company has MT4 Dedicated Server License and MT5 Enterprise version license under the old pricing structure of MetaQuotes.
- The MT4 & MT5 license is under the UK limited company.
- The Fintech company has 4 White Labels and a database of 2 to 3 million Retail Forex Leads and on a daily basis a number of leads are generated.
South African FSCA Licensed Entity for sale
- The South African company for sale holds a license issued by Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa
- Has MT4 White Label with the above-mentioned Fintech Company.
- Has a proper Professional Indemnity Insurance as part of the regulatory requirement.
- Is in the final stages of getting the ODP (Over the Counter Derivative Provider) License from the FSCA.
- Has bank accounts for Client Segregated funds & for Company Operating Funds.
Mauritius FSC License Entity for sale
- The license is issued by Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius
- The company for sale has MT4 & MT5 White Label from the above-mentioned Fintech Company.
- Acts as a Liquidity Provider to the above South African entity as a Derivative Issuer.
- Has bank accounts for Client Segregated funds & for Company Operating Funds.
