4 Subsection 1(1) (definition of securities – 证券的定义) Prevention of Fraud (Investments)  (Amendment)

Act No. 7 Of 2012

Repeal the definition; substitute

“securities” – 证券 means

a) shares in the share capital of a corporation – 公司法定资本中的股份；

b) an instrument that creates and acknowledges the indebt securities  that is  issued by a corporation or a public office including — 一种创建并承认对公司发行的证券承担义务的工具

i) debentures — 债券；or

ii) debenture stock – 债务证券; or

iii) loan stock – 信用证券；or

iv) bonds — 债券; or

v) certifications of deposit – 存款证明; or

c) a right, despite whether or not conferred by warrant, to subscribe  for shares or debt securities; or

d) a right under a depositary receipt – 存托凭证权; or

e) an option to acquire or dispose of any security falling within any  other provision of this Act – 买卖法律规定的任何其他证券的权利；or 

f) a right under a contract for the acquisition or disposal of  the  relevant securities under which the delivery is to be made at a  future date and at a price agreed when the contract is made in  accordance with the terms of that contract – 期货和远期合约的权利; or

g) the proceeds of Foreign Exchange or FOREX – 外汇或FOREX收入; or

h) the proceeds of precious metals — 贵金属收入; or

i) the proceeds of commodities – 商品收入.

• 如果需要，名义上的董事服务。
